Unlock Your Pitching Potential

Do you have a young baseball player with a passion for pitching? Are they eager to develop their skills, learn the art of throwing, and do so in a way that minimizes the risk of injury? If so, you’ve come to the right place. I offer private and small group pitching lessons designed specifically for youth players aged 8-15, and I’m dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential.

My philosophy is centered on building a strong foundation of proper mechanics, emphasizing safe and efficient movement patterns that not only enhance performance but also protect young arms. I understand that youth pitchers are still developing, and their bodies require careful guidance to avoid overuse injuries. That’s why I prioritize a holistic approach.

Injury Prevention

Teaching techniques that reduce stress on the arm and shoulder, promoting long-term health and longevity.

Fundamental Mechanics

Developing a repeatable, efficient delivery that maximizes power and accuracy.

Individualized Instruction

Recognizing that every pitcher is unique, I tailor each lesson to the player’s specific needs, skill level, and goals.

Building Confidence

Creating a positive and encouraging environment where young pitchers can learn, grow, and develop a love for the game.

Whether your child is just starting to explore the possibility of pitching, or they’re already playing competitively and looking to fine-tune their skills, my private pitching lessons offer a valuable opportunity for growth. I believe that every player, regardless of their current ability, can benefit from focused, individualized instruction.

"My son had a pitching lesson with Coach Kyle and had a wonderful experience. He has great rapport with the players and gave detailed and manageable feedback for them to implement. In just one lesson my son had a toolkit of activities he could practice at home to be able to turn his new techniques into habits. Even more amazing was Kyle’s communication. He sent a detailed email recap after the lesson so that I could keep helping my son work on the same things. I can’t recommend him enough - would give 6 stars if I could."

"I can't say enough great things about these pitching lessons! From day one, the instruction has been professional, supportive, and incredibly effective. Kyle breaks down mechanics in a way that's easy to understand and always emphasizes proper technique, safety, and confidence on the mound. What really stands out is the personalized attention—each session is tailored to my son's skill level and goals, and I've seen noticeable improvement in both velocity and control. Another benefit is that my son has improved the accuracy and control of his throwing from other field positions as well, becoming a reliable arm from 3rd base, 1st base, and the outfield. Whether you're child is just starting out or looking to refine their game, I highly recommend these pitching lessons."

"Kyle was awesome with my 9 year old son! My son was struggling with arm slot and pitching with power. We had some lessons where he learned the basics, but in 2 lessons with Kyle, he fixed his arm slot and has him throwing with more power and accuracy! Kyle was excellent with his approach - starting with basic warm ups, then moving on to an evaluation and quickly jumping to corrections that helped my son immensely. Kyle explains things well - both technically, but also giving examples so that my son understood what he was talking about. Then demonstrated and helped him understand why this was important. If the season wasn’t still going on, I would keep doing more lessons. We will be back for more in the off-season and highly recommend Dreger Baseball!"

"Within the first 5 minutes, I knew Kyle was passionate about helping my player improve. He does a great job of resetting expectations that during the session we are going to try new techniques that don't immediately translate to success. This long-term approach is refreshing as most coaches are looking for a quick fix. Kyle's approach is the opposite. He will breakdown the current habits and focus on proper fundamentals which will do more for developing competitive pitchers than most alternatives. His technical knowledge is proficient, as a college pitcher, he understands body mechanics and proper sequencing to quickly identify which drills will best support your player's development. If your player is looking for more confidence and consistency on the mound, I would recommend booking Kyle for 3-4 sessions over the course of the season (or pre-season). The results will speak for themselves."

"Kyle is wonderful! He was focused and patient with my son during the lesson, and truly wants him to learn how to be the best pitcher he can be. After the lesson, he sent an email with specific drills they worked on and what my son can continue to practice on his own between sessions, which was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend signing up for lessons with Kyle!"

"Kyle does a great job teaching the form and mechanics to youth players in a way they can understand. We left with some things to work on and a written summary of the lesson."
